Family Matters: 5 Single Parent Romance Novels You Should Read
I love a good single parent romance, especially when the child’s extra sweet and cute. With this trope, there is usually a single parent man or woman who meets a special person who is not only committed to loving them but loving their child(ren).
Art should imitate life and as there are many single parents looking for and open to love in real life, we need romance novels that reflect the same. Blended families are beautiful and all around us and any romance novel that showcases the journey to a healthy blended family gets a check in the win column from me.
Here are five single-parent romance novels that will warm your pretty little heart, along with their publishers’ description.
In these novels, the characters are committed to their children and are willing to do their absolute best for them, even if it means giving up on the love they want and deserve.

** Rochelle Alers’ Cavanaugh Island series cemented my love for small-town romances. While this one can be a bit too sickly sweet at times it’s Rochelle Alers, so she gets a pass.**

But when she finds herself getting jealous, she realizes she’s fallen in love. Now, one stormy night alone may ignite a desire that only leaves them wanting more. . .
**Kade is by far my favorite Strong man in this sensual series by Niobia Bryant. If you are not familiar, the Strong family is one I highly suggest you read up on. **
