‘On The List’ is where I preview new television shows that I think should be on your radar this upcoming fall season.
Next on my list is NBC’s Blindspot.
NBC has two shows on my list this fall?! This is a little surprising, in a good way, as I’m not usually a NBC fan as I have mentioned before. However, I am intrigued by the content that is being presented to us this year.
Blindspot features Jaimie Alexander as a woman who is found in the middle of Times Square zipped in a bag. Even more interesting than that is the fact that her body is fully covered with intricate tattoos. She has no memory of who she is and now has the attention of the FBI.
Her appearance startles many, especially the FBI agent whose name is tattooed boldly on her back. The FBI, with her help, begin a dangerous journey as they try to follow the map on her body. The tattoos seem to be a clue to uncovering a huge crime that someone apparently wants to be revealed. As they try to find the meaning behind her tattoos, they hope to discover the truth about mystery lady’s true identity.

In addiiton to Alexander, the series also stars Sullivan Stapleton, Rob Brown and Ukweli Roach. Someone else who I am very happy to see on this show is Marianna Jean-Baptiste. She starred in Without a Trace, which used to be one of my favorite shows. On occasion, I still watch the show on ION television.
Blindspot gives me a little Blacklist tease, another NBC show that I have raved about. I don’t have a Monday show that I am fully committed to so if Blindspot lives up to expectation, that will change.
Blindspot premieres on September 21st at 10pm on NBC.
